Job Description
We are looking for a personable team member who is friendly and comfortable on the phones and with people. You must be teachable and willing to learn all aspects of the business. Previous Quick Books experience is a plus. Customer service experience is a must. We are in need of someone who is team and detail oriented and who can work well in a high demand atmosphere.
Employee hours: Monday ? Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Compensation: $10-13 DOE
Responsibilities
Primary duties include: -Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate employee/department -Receiving all mail and packages -Invoicing and order confirmations -General transaction record keeping and filing -Other office and administrative duties, as assigned by supervisor -Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable -Assist in month end processes and reporting
Qualifications
Requirements for this position: -Experience in reception and customer service -Highly proficient with a computer. Excel and Quick Books skills a plus -Excellent customer service skills -Great attitude and personality -Attention to details, organized and the ability to think analytically and independently -Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written -Experience with accounting processes and procedures a plus
