Job Description
Office administration and customer support representative.
Property Management Company in Salt Lake City/Sandy area is looking for a motivated individual with administrative experience. Applicant will be providing office support to tenants & owners.
Responsibilities
Assist with office administration including client file maintenance, some billing and accounting functions.
Documenting and tracking of marketing strategies/leads
Creating and managing property, clients and maintenance work orders
Communicating effectively will clients via written and oral
Screening of calls for all management
Qualifications
Must be organized, punctual, confidant and willing/able to learn quickly.
Looking for a highly motivated, cheerful, dependable individual who loves to work in a small business environment.
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must have experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
Experience in customer service or sales
Extreme attention to detail
Ability to Multi-task and take direction from multiple people
Additional Information
Pay starts at $8 an hour plus bones, after 30 days we will evaluate for a raise based on skills
