Progressive Finance has an exciting opportunity for a new Supervisor in our Collections Department. The Collections Department receives delinquent customer accounts when scheduled payments are missed. As a Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to run a team of Managers, Team Leads, and agents to successfully meet company collection goals.

Successful Candidates Possess The Following Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 3 years experience managing a collections team
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to customers and employees in English
Will need to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc.
Must know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel and internet explorer
Additional Qualifications/skills:
Actively leads and trains members of the Collections Department to achieve maximum results.
Performs administrative duties on time with accuracy. Documents and evaluates department progress to discover new ways to improve or innovate.
Monitors calls and verifies for accuracy. Provides team members with constructive feedback.
Appraises performance; rewards and disciplines employees; addresses complaints and resolves problems.
Promotes Company philosophy, mission, and objectives within and to customers
Demonstrates positive influences on colleagues, customers, and potential customers
Demonstrates honesty and integrity at all times
