To achieve budgeted profitability by adhering to Service and Safety Standards and exercising fiscal responsibility and sound management practices. ### SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS: Bi-lingual preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsSelf-motivatedProactive problem resolutionFlexible and adaptableAbility to handle multiple tasksMust be able to lift 50 lbs. and be physically fitMust have a High School DiplomaMust have a valid Utah drivers license JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrate proactive guest, member and employee problem resolution with urgency, respect and empathyAdhere to cleaning policies of department standards and ensure professional and accurate delivery of services are consistently performedTurn in all lost and found items, properly tagged, to housekeeping office within an appropriate timeframe of scheduled shiftMaintain a clean, uncluttered and well-supplied workspace and adherence to dress standardsEnsure when leaving townhomes, all doors and windows are closed and locked, thermostats are set appropriate to the season and fire place flues are closedAll key to be checked in and out on a daily basisParticipate in 30 minute one-on-one coaching with supervisor each monthEnsure safety procedures, in accordance with safety training guidelines, are followedRespond to guest needs in an appropriate, professional and courteous mannerReport any items requiring replacement and/or repair, or any damage to supply manager or office staffMaintain and stock housekeeping supply room and area linen closetsMaintain cleanliness of housekeeping office, break room, restrooms, offices, Club Room and public areas of The ClubOther duties and responsibilities as assigned Varying with employment status and tenure, Deer Valley offers their staff ski privileges, friends and family ski passes, health insurance, an end-of-season bonus, housing, dining and retail discounts, wellness and yoga classes, employee assistance support and more!
