Raindance Partners, a national recruiting firm based in California, is exclusively contracted by our hospitality client in Park City, Utah to source and qualify candidates for their open Executive Steward position.
Overview
We are seeking an Executive Steward for our mid-size Forbes 4-Star luxury resort client in Park City, Utah. In this position you would be responsible for supervising stewarding operations for 4 restaurant outlets plus banquets. This property is open year round with high-season during the winter months.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years in an Executive Stewarding position; or 5+ years in a kitchen supervisory role
Track record of success in management in a 4-5 star luxury resort setting
Able to lift 50+ lbs. repetitively
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Experience in a seasonal resort preferred
Responsibilities
Operate the kitchen stewarding function for 4 outlets plus banquets and catering in a luxury dining environment
Work hands-on in the day-to-day kitchen management
Hire, train and mentor a team ranging from 12-25 employees (team size varies seasonally)
Schedule and budget appropriately based on hotel business needs
Maintain safe working environment and compliance with health codes
