Description: Front Office Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that consistent high quality customer service is delivered. This individual provides guidance and leadership for the front office staff; a minimum of one year of supervisory experience is preferred. Must be able to manage time well, and be self motivated. Ability to multitask and solve problems while working in a high pace and at times, stressful environment. Able to problem solve guest and associate issues and understand the importance of guest satisfaction. Must be Flexible for am/pm and weekend shifts. Hospitality background preferred. Basic computer knowledge and local area knowledge is helpful. Preference will be given to candidates with previous Marriott systems. Must be a team player and flexible to assist in other job duties in the Front Office.
