We recruit within the entire healthcare industry including and looking for recruiters with experience in the following areas of specialization:
Clinical Staff: Physicians, Nurse etc
RCM: Billers, Coders
CMAs and MAs
Pharmaceutical
Clinical Trials CRO
Job Responsibilities
Locate healthcare professionals through various sources, including the internet, referrals, nursing schools, direct mail, and job fairs
Evaluate candidate resumes against position requirements and preferred profiles
Participate in recruitment outreach programs, attends job fairs, and trade shows
Conducts recruitment strategy discussions with account managers and/or clients
Develops position advertising and sourcing strategies
Develops and tracks an effective pipeline of candidates and manage candidate flow throughout process
Required Skills and Qualifications
Ability to work independently, with little oversight, but with accountability to executive management
Experience with cold calling and prospecting
Strong problem solving and negotiating skills; reaches out and operates as a team player
Strong leadership, ability to influence and persuade : sales skills
Commitment to providing excellent Customer Service to Hiring Managers and Applicants
