Asian fast food concept is looking for Multi-Unit Manager Trainee in Salt Lake City area. Opportunity for fast track Manager who has the experience and proven track record to take on the challenges of leading and training a great team to meet financial and operational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall performance of all assigned stores including food quality standards, customer satisfaction, safety standards, and financial performance.
- Supervise team member's daily activities; assign responsibilities and provide clear/concise instructions while offering suggestions for increased productivity.
- Ensure the safety of our customers and employees through training and execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in quick service fast food industry.
- Must be very hands-on and expect to work the shift with team members.
