Job Description
Driveline Retail Merchandising, Inc. is currently seeking Regional Managers to join our team! If you have experience and a willingness to succeed, you are welcome to apply today!
Basic Duties:
A Regional Manager is responsible for leading and managing all field operational activities within a given geographical area and will be directly responsible for up to 11 District Manager’s, managing several employees and supporting several key retailers. The Regional Manager will provide leadership, management and the vision necessary to ensure that the region maintains proper control of costs associated with all assigned projects resulting in profitable execution. This management position requires both business analytic and managerial skills, as well as the ability to manage the tactical day-to-day field operations.
Requirements:
{C}· Possess a valid driver’s license
{C}· Strong communicator with experience leading diverse work teams
{C}· Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
{C}· To develop and maintain a working knowledge and intermediate skill level of Driveline Retail Merchandising web-based reporting and of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Professional Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management or related field preferred or equivalent supervisory/ management experience
· 7 years of professional experience overall with a minimum of five years of mid-level leadership experience
· Proven success in current position
Travel:
· Approximately 50% travel is required for Regional Managers. Overnight stays may be required throughout the work week as dictated by business objectives and regional boundaries
