What you need to apply:
# Escrow License in the state of Utah
# Notary Public
# 3-5 years of experience functioning as an Escrow Officer with a local Title Company
# Strong experience in managing real estate transactions as relates to closing and funding.
? This would include: Client interaction, Coordinating closing paperwork and schedules, HUD preparation, funding conditions, funding, balancing, disbursement, and other related activities
# Strong communication skills, ability to interact well with clients, professional demeanor, flexible and can-do attitude
