Title: NRE - Commercial Realestate Loan Servicing Officer
Location: Zions Bancorporation - HDQTR
Responsible for analyzing, interpreting, investigating, gathering and presenting of financial data, underwriting, required loan information and credit documentation for determining a clients loan status. Responsible for managing problem loans. Reviews and makes recommendations for loan re-grading. Makes sure loans are in compliance with policies and regulations. Handles collection efforts and customer problem resolution. Prepares problem loan/loan grading reports. May train lower level employees. Other duties as assigned.
Typically requires a Bachelors and 0 to 2 years of directly related experience. Limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts. Basic knowledge of commercial accounting, credit analysis, underwriting, loan grading, loan documents and experience working with various types of loans. Must have good analytical, organizational, customer service and PC skills.
