Robert Half and Accountemps is currently hiring a Property Accountant / Full-Charge bookkeeper for one of our clients in the Draper area. This position is responsible for all accounting functions for a portfolio of properties. Responsibilities and duties include working closely with property managers, office support staff, site staff, vendors, tenants and owners in the handling of billing, payables, collections, month-end close and financial statement preparations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of experienced managing multiple sets of books, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, bank reconciliations and month-end financial reports. Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge is required. Yardi experience very helpful. Excellent salary + benefits. M
