Title: Real Estate Banking Loan Support (III) Location: Zions Bancorporation - HDQTR Real Estate Banking Loan Support * Process Tickler changes (80-90% of duties) and follow up with portfolio managers and relationship managers as needed. * Will pull credit reports and ratings. * Produce reports as required. * Assist with verification of file completeness with all necessary documents and required signatures. * Assist with property tax escrow, covenant default tracking, and problem loan reporting. * Provides administrative and/or operational support within the various lending groups in connection with all aspects of portfolio management. * Other duties as assigned. Requires: * High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years banking or loan process experience or other directly related experience. * Detail oriented & Exceptional follow up skills. * Solid personal relationship skills and confident to deal with all personality types. * Proficient knowledge of lending processes, loan principles, loan systems. * Knowledge of banking process helpful. * Must have solid organizational and customer service skills. * Must possess numeric and verbal aptitudes. * Intermediate Excel skills * Strong written and verbal communications skills. * Ability to complete processes and meet deadlines. Working knowledge pc''s and various word processing, spreadsheet or related software.
