Title: Real Estate Commercial Loan Officer Location: Zions Bancorporation - HDQTR Real Estate Loan Officer/Private Bank Coverage Officer * Responsible for generating and servicing a wide variety of Real Estate Commercial loans. * Aggressively seeks and obtains quality new business through client and prospect calls, referrals, and cross selling efforts. * Represents the Bank in the community and respective marketing areas for the development and growth of new loan business. * Interviews client for various loan needs. * Responsible to monitor credit performance and take necessary actions as needed. * Responsible for building and maintaining relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction. Other duties as assigned. Requires: * Bachelor''s degree in finance, accounting, business or a related field and 6 years commercial real estate and construction loan experience or 9 years of directly related experience. * An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualification. * Extensive knowledge of commercial real estate and/or construction lending. * Ability to develop and service new customers. * Proficient analytical, credit analysis and loan structuring skills. * Exceptional sales ability and working knowledge of closing process required. * Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. * Ability to interview clients. Must have perceptive character judgment. * Working knowledge of software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
