Its in a very nice neighborhood in south salt lake, family friendly. They have a laundry room, pool, hot tub, pool tables in the office, and a gym. The rent is 700 a month plus electricity and water/sewage. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and a dishwasher.
