I am a hard-working, clean, quiet and responsible gal looking for a place to feel safe and at home. I need my own bedroom and bathroom, and I would love to have a place for my living room furniture (not a need). A basement apartment would be ideal. I have a full-time job, and I love the outdoors. I own a horse that I ride competitively (he lives at a barn, so I don't need a place for him), and I love skiing, rock climbing, country swing dancing, and hiking. Not LDS. Single, not a partier, but I may have a friend or two over once or twice a month. I drink alcohol, but not often. I'm very laid back, therefore I don't do well living with an uptight person. I want a roommate who is cool with my dog, likes conversation but respects my alone time, and is a good COMMUNICATOR. I do not tolerate anyone who feels the need to swear or raise their voice at me in order to get a point across. We talk, we compromise, we respect. I am not a "my way or the highway" kind of person, so my roommate shouldn't be either. Flynn is a 2.5 year old herding mix of some kind. He weighs 28 lbs, he does not bark more than twice when he hears someone at the door, he is flawlessly house trained, and very well behaved. He is not optional in my life. Please don't message me if you want me but not my dog. He will be living with me wherever I go, and he will follow me around the house wherever I am. Everybody loves him because he's pretty perfect. I can give several references for Flynn from previous roommates. A fenced yard is not a need, but it is nice.
