Job Description
~~Atwork Personnel is looking for you, if you have IT Desk/Technical support skills. This is a temporary to permanent position. Hiring is immediate. Pay will be based on experience. This a great opportunity to put your IT support skills to work.
~~MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to customers and employees in English
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel and internet explorer
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
• 6-12 months experience supporting windows operating systems in a corporate environment
• 6-12 months experience troubleshooting and maintaining VOIP phones, recommended but not required.
• 6-12 months experience in customer service or tech support role
• Certifications (such as A+) a strong plus but not required
