Trade remodeling work for rent in Salt Lake City, Utah For Sale

Looking for a rental situation where a homeowner has an extra room to rent and is willing to trade for longer-term construction/remodeling/maintenance work.
I have broad experience in framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting & finish carpentry. I take pride in producing a quality, professional product.
The house has to be livable, i.e., functioning bathroom & electricity. I actually tried 'roughing it' in two places with definite lack of amenities, but that just doesn't work. Also, if you are trying to flip a house or get a rental property in shape "as fast as possible", it won't be a good fit, as I would only be able to work on the place part-time. A homeowner that wants a 'gradual fix up' is a good fit...
Ideally, the location would be close to downtown - zip code xxxx2 would be beyond ideal - and would have secure storage for tools, project supplies and some of my extra stuff.
